POSITION SUMMARY: The Videographer/Editor works on a creative team with a cinematographer, learning designers, digital artists, and editors to produce educational and narrative video projects for online courses and the broader USF audience. He/she has education and/or experience in camera technique, composition, lighting, and audio recording
RESPONSIBILITIES:Production: During in-studio and on-location video productions, responsible for set-up of production equipment, composing shots, and operating all equipment including cameras, lighting, audio, tripods, drones, gimbals, etc.Post-production: editing of educational, marketing, and narrative projects using Adobe CC Suite. Color correct footage. Collaborate with Creative director and team to create meaningful educational and story-driven videos. Create motion graphics using Adobe After Effects. Encode and output digital projects using appropriate settings and delivery methods.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:MINIMUM: , Art, Film, TV Production, or related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience producing and editing videos using high-end cinema, mirrorless, and or DSLR cameras. 4 years of related professional experience may substitute a formal education. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is required.
